Back to School – Customisation Station
1. The Back-to-School Customisation Station will take place at Al Jimi Mall from 21 August to 6 September 2026.
2. The activation is open to eligible customers who meet the minimum spend requirement of AED 200 at Al Jimi Mall.
3. Customers must present a valid receipt or receipts totalling AED 200 or more from participating Al Jimi Mall retailers to participate.
4. Each qualifying AED 200 spend entitles the customer to customise one (1) eligible school item. For example, a spend of AED 400 entitles the customer to customise two (2) eligible items, subject to the activation’s terms and operating capacity.
5. Customers must provide their own eligible school items to the Back-to-School Customisation Station for customisation. Eligible items may include school bags, water bottles, pencil cases, notebooks and keychains. Customisation will be carried out by the activation staff using the available designs and materials.
6. Customisation options, designs, colours, materials and items are subject to availability and may vary throughout the activation period. Customers cannot request alternative items or designs that are not available at the station.
7. Customisation is available only at the designated Back-to-School Customisation Station during the activation operating hours.
8. Customers may be required to register their details and/or provide their receipt for verification before participating.
9. Receipts used for the promotion must be valid and dated within the activation period. Duplicate, altered, damaged, fraudulent or otherwise invalid receipts will not be accepted.
10. The same receipt cannot be used more than once or combined with receipts that have already been used for this activation.
11. The customisation service and selected items are not exchangeable for cash, credit, gift cards or any other alternative.
12. Al Jimi Mall reserves the right to refuse participation where the eligibility criteria or receipt requirements are not met.
13. Al Jimi Mall reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the activation, its mechanics, available items or customisation options at any time, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
14. By participating in the activation, customers agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and any instructions provided by Al Jimi Mall staff.
15. Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Al Jimi Mall’s decision regarding participation and eligibility shall be final.
