TERMS & CONDITIONS – AL JIMI MALL SUMMER STEPS CHALLENGE

1. Eligibility

1.1. The Summer Steps Challenge (“Challenge”) is open to eligible participants who register through the Fitze App during the registration period.

1.2. Participants must complete the registration process and receive a confirmation email to be considered registered for the Challenge.

1.3. Participation is subject to the applicable Fitze App requirements and these Terms & Conditions.

2. Challenge Period

2.1. The Challenge runs for a 15-day period for each participant.

2.2. The last date to join the Challenge is 30 September 2026.

2.3. The Challenge will wrap up on 15 October 2026.

2.4. Winners will be announced between 18–20 October 2026.

3. How to Participate

3.1. Participants must download the Fitze App, register through the App and join the Summer Steps Challenge.

3.2. Participants must walk inside Al Jimi Mall for their steps to be tracked and counted towards the Challenge.

3.3. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the Fitze App is properly installed, connected and tracking their steps.

3.4. Only steps successfully recorded and verified through the Fitze App will be considered for the Challenge.

3.5. Participants must achieve the required step target during their applicable 15-day Challenge period to qualify for a chance to win the corresponding prize.

4. Step Targets & Rewards – Al Jimi Mall

80,000 steps: Chance to win an AED 200 Aldar Gift Card – 10 winners.

100,000 steps: Chance to win an AED 400 Aldar Gift Card – 10 winners.

150,000 steps: Chance to win an AED 600 Aldar Gift Card – 10 winners.

Total Prize Pool: AED 12,000.

5. Raffle & Winner Selection

5.1. Participants who successfully achieve the relevant step target will be entered into the raffle for a chance to win the corresponding Aldar Gift Card.

5.2. Achieving a step target does not guarantee that a participant will receive a prize.

5.3. Winners will be selected through a random raffle draw from eligible participants who have achieved the relevant step target.

5.4. Each prize level will have its own pool of eligible participants and corresponding winners.

5.5. Winners will be announced between 18–20 October 2026.

5.6. The organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any selected winner before awarding the prize.

6. Prizes

6.1. Prizes are in the form of Aldar Gift Cards and are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

6.2. The organiser reserves the right, where necessary, to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

6.3. Winners may be required to provide valid identification and/or other information necessary to verify their eligibility and facilitate prize collection.

7. Step Tracking & Verification

7.1. Steps must be recorded through the Fitze App in accordance with the App's tracking requirements.

7.2. The organiser reserves the right to exclude steps that appear to be inaccurate, duplicated, artificially generated or otherwise inconsistent with genuine participation.

7.3. Any attempt to manipulate, falsify or artificially increase step counts may result in disqualification from the Challenge and/or raffle.

8. General Conditions

8.1. By participating in the Challenge, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

8.2. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

8.3. The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or attempts to manipulate the Challenge.

8.4. The organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Challenge, or modify these Terms & Conditions, where reasonably necessary and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

9. Liability

9.1. The organiser shall not be responsible for any failure, interruption, delay or technical issue affecting the Fitze App, mobile device, internet connection or step-tracking functionality beyond the organiser's reasonable control.

9.2. Participants are responsible for their own safety while participating in the Challenge and must comply with all applicable Al Jimi Mall rules and regulations.

10. Acceptance

By registering for and participating in the Summer Steps Challenge, participants confirm their acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
