Eid Al Adha Terms and Conditions

Event Duration

Eid House of Hospitality promotion is valid from 27 May 2026 to 30 May 2026.

Eligibility for Entry

Customers must present valid receipts of AED 200 or above, either a single receipt or accumulated receipts from Al Jimi Mall stores during the promotion period.

Receipts from Carrefour are accepted up to a maximum value of AED 100 combined.

Only original receipts are accepted. Screenshots or digital copies are not permitted.

Eligible customers may enjoy one of the following experiences:
• Kids Workshop (up to 3 children per family per registration per receipt)
• Complimentary Gift-Wrapping Service (up to 2 gifts per receipt)

Each session, including the kids workshop and face painting activity, is limited to 20 minutes only. No extension of stay will be permitted.

A maximum of 10 kids will be allowed per session on a first come, first served basis. Our promoters will manage bookings based on the availability of each time slot.

If parents do not arrive at the booked session time, the reservation will be considered void and will be rescheduled to the next available session.

When visiting the activation area, simply present the email along with your original receipt(s) to enjoy your selected Eid experience.

If customers wish to repeat the session, they must make a new purchase of AED 200 or above.

Only children 5 to 12 years old are allowed to access the experience.

Children are not allowed to access without adult supervision. Parents must remain present and cannot leave their children unattended during the 20-minute session.

Age Restrictions

Entry is permitted for children aged 5 to 12 years.

Session Duration

Each session is 20 minutes only. No extension of stay is permitted.

Entry Process and Verification

Customers must register at the House of Hospitality registration desk located on the first floor. Our staff will verify the uploaded receipts to confirm whether they qualify for redemption and access to the experience.

Customer will be allowed in the activation area once the receipt is verified by our staff.

Receipts will be stamped and considered redeemed once the session is completed.

Child Safety and Supervision

Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian.

Mall staff are not responsible for supervising children.

Behavior and Conduct

Unsafe behavior may result in denial of participation.

Management may pause activities if crowds become unsafe.

Photography Rules

Personal photography is allowed only if it does not delay or disrupt operations.

Flash photography may be restricted for safety or operational reasons.

General Conditions

Al Jimi Mall reserves the right to refuse altered or invalid receipts, request additional proof, or pause activity for safety or technical reasons.

Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

Liability

Parents must ensure children follow all rules.

Al Jimi Mall is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
