Festive Event Terms and Conditions

Snow Park Terms & Conditions

1. The Snow Park will operate from 12 December 2025 to 4 January 2026.
2. Customers must present valid receipts of AED 150 or above, either a single receipt or accumulated receipts from participating stores on the same day or within the event period.
3. Carrefour receipts are not valid for this promotion.
4. Only original receipts are accepted. Screenshots or digital copies are not permitted.
5. Each receipt is valid for one entry only.
6. One entry allows up to two children per receipt.
7. Each session is 20 minutes only. No extension of stay is permitted.
8. If customers wish to repeat the session, they must make a new purchase of AED 150 or above.
9. Only children aged 5 to 12 years old are allowed to enter the Snow Park.
10. Children are not allowed to play without adult supervision. Parents must remain present and cannot leave their children unattended during the 20-minute session.
11. Only children may enter the Snow Park play area. Adults are not allowed inside the play zone.

Age Restrictions

1. Entry is permitted for children aged 5 to 12 years.
2. Parents or guardians are not allowed inside the Snow Park area.

Session Duration

1. Each child may play for a maximum of 10 minutes per session.

Entry Process and Verification

1. Receipts must be presented at Customer Service or the designated registration area.
2. Customer details will be registered at the time of verification.
3. Receipts will be stamped and considered redeemed once the session is completed.

Child Safety and Supervision

1. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian outside the Snow Park area.
2. Mall staff are not responsible for supervising children.

Behavior and Conduct

1. Unsafe behavior may result in denial of participation.
2. Management may pause activities if crowds become unsafe.

Photography Rules

1. Personal photography is allowed only if it does not delay or disrupt operations.
2. Flash photography may be restricted for safety or operational reasons.

Dress Code and Safety

1. Children must wear socks inside the Snow Park.
2. Shoes must be removed and left outside.

General Conditions

1. Snow Park timing and availability may vary based on operational requirements.
2. Al Jimi Mall reserves the right to refuse altered or invalid receipts, request additional proof, or pause activity for safety or technical reasons.
3. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Entry is strictly limited to children only.

Liability

1. Parents must ensure children follow all rules.
2. Al Jimi Mall is not responsible for lost or damaged items, delays due to weather or operational issues, or injuries resulting from not following safety guidelines.

Acceptance of Terms

1. Participation indicates acceptance of all Terms and Conditions.
